Nancy Choi is Co-Founder of an initiative called CoviMobile, a sophisticated end to-end solution which seamlessly deploys Covid-19 testings to the workplace, schools, and organizations. The pivot came as the pandemic hit and she was able to connect the dots to companies who are
now working together to help bring health and safety to the forefront. These companies include Avellino Labs USA, GoLab Global, LifeSite, and DrMaryMD, all of which Nancy serves as an Advisor. Prior to the pandemic, her efforts were placed on growing the House of Carbonadi
vodka brand in which she is a Co-Founder.
With over a decade of experience in private equity, investment banking, business strategy, and investor relations, Nancy has been imminent to the successful expansion and restructuring of several companies. Her expertise in analyzing business plans, financial models, due diligence,
and capital structure, combined with her ability to collaborate and clearly communicate with executives, investors and professional advisors, has promoted long term sustainable wealth creation for both companies and its investors.
Nancy holds a degree in Economics from the University of California Berkeley and is an active board member of their OC Cal Alumni Chapter. Nancy is also a member of Women President’s Organization, Inc. (WPO), a premier membership organization for women presidents, CEOs, and managing directors of privately held multimillion-dollar companies.
CEO of LifeSite, Chris Wong is a proven executive and highly-regarded strategist in the enterprise software industry. A Silicon Valley veteran, Chris is an experienced tech entrepreneur and operator.
Over the past 30 years, Chris has held a variety of senior management positions and helped chart and participate in the execution of some of the most successful technology companies. Chris has extensive M&A and business development experience, leveraging a vast network of business partners and resources.
Before co-founding LifeSite, Chris served as SVP Corporate & Business Development for Ooyala, which he helped exit in November 2014; CEO for PathConnect, a private new media company; EVP and Chief Product Officer for Agile Software, which was acquired by Oracle in July 2007; and VP of Products and Technology Strategy at Peoplesoft. His startup credentials began with SkillsVillage, Inc. as the Chairman, CEO, and Founder of a company which he led from inception to acquisition by PeopleSoft in June 2001.
Chris has and continues to serve as an advisor to several companies and organizations including Garage Technology Ventures, the Make The Difference Network (MTDN), the Joint US-China Cooperation on Clean Energy (JUCCCE), ThinOptics, GoLab Global, Avellino Labs and a Senior Fellow for The Atlantic Council’s GeoTech Center.
