Virtual Talk: Ki Kim. A Day in the Life of a Rising Chef in NYC.

Ki Kim is originally from South Korea and moved to the U.S. as a teenager. Looking for a way to make money as he pursued a degree in journalism. He started working in restaurants and quickly realized his true passion was for food. Ki has since cooked at restaurants like Matsuhisa, Jungsik (2 Michelin Stars), and Atomix (2 Michelin Stars). He is currently a senior member of Blanca in Brooklyn (2 Michelin Stars).
